Private coaching, officiating & leagues
Don Eisenhauer teaches the game across Northwest Indiana — lessons, high school coaching, certified refereeing, and adult competition on five sets of courts.
What Don Does
Everything runs through the same standard: teach the fundamentals honestly, and put players in real competition as soon as they're ready.
Private Instruction
Private and semi-private lessons built on the Developing a Player roadmap — consistency first, then handling challenge, moving the opponent, spin, and finally power.
High School Coaching
Head coach for the Portage girls program and assistant coach for the boys, running year-round development from the Junior Tribe academy through the IHSAA postseason.
Officiating & Refereeing
Certified officiating for junior tournaments, adult USTA events, and collegiate dual matches — plus seedings, brackets, and draw management for local events.
Adult Leagues & Open Play
Running local adult leagues, ladders, and open play across the region — from first-time doubles teams to 4.0 competitive flights, plus events like The Lakeshore Open.
Where We Play
Lessons run across five sites in Northwest Indiana. Pick the courts closest to you — Don travels the region all season.
Developing A Player
Every lesson plan climbs the same ladder. Power sits at the top for a reason — it only works when the layers under it hold.
What's Next

“Coach Don is a great instructor. He taught me so much about tennis and i can finally say I can actually play a match without launching the ball 😅. But in all seriousness he is a great coach and I wouldn't really know scoring or how my form should be if it wasnt for him. Thanks Coach Don!”
